This hotel is a gem! Located right on the white sand beach, it was the perfect oasis for me. The staff was excellent, always kind and willing to lend a hand. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the addition of the new pool. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean and spacious, with a large and comfortable bed.

Plus, the air-conditioned rooms are a lifesaver in the Tulum heat. I also loved having a safe in the room for peace of mind. And let's not forget about the bathrobes - such a cozy addition! The wireless internet access was super handy too, as I needed to stay connected. the rooms were a perfect blend of comfort and style, making me feel right at home.

Personally, I'm not a fan of desks in hotel rooms. I found it a bit unnecessary and it took up valuable space.
